Next Level Brunch began as a single room in Baixa Pombalina - restored stone walls, pine framing, and morning light that seemed made for slow mornings. It grew from an idea about hospitality: that a great plate, a well-pulled espresso and a room that feels considered can turn a meal into a memory.

Today the group carries that idea into three distinct spaces. Next Level Brunch remains the flagship - a premium brunch and specialty coffee destination. Arte De Brunch Cafe and Que Pasa are its sister concepts, each building its own personality, its own room, its own table, while sharing the same commitment to food, coffee, design and community that started it all.
